Overview
Our refund and returns policy applies to all small fitness equipment sold on peaksimon.pro and lasts 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your fitness gear must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, tags, and instruction manuals).
Non-Returnable Goods
Certain items are exempt from returns (due to hygiene, functionality, or final sale terms):
- Used small fitness equipment (e.g., resistance bands with sweat stains, dumbbells with scuffs)
- Customized/personalized fitness gear
- Clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale”
- Downloadable fitness guides (if applicable)
To Complete Your Return
We require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) to process your return. Do not send your fitness equipment back to the manufacturer—use our official return address (listed below).
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds (50–80% of the purchase price) are granted only in these situations:
- Fitness equipment with obvious signs of use (e.g., minor scuffs, opened packaging)
- Gear returned without original accessories (not due to our shipping error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned fitness equipment is received and inspected (2–3 business days after delivery to our address):
- We will email you to confirm we’ve received the item.
- We will notify you of refund approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Double-check your bank account or payment app (processing times vary by provider).
- Contact your credit card company (refunds may take 7–10 days to post).
- If issues persist, email us at logan@peaksimon.pro with your order number.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced small fitness equipment may be refunded. Clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale” are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace fitness equipment if it is defective or damaged (e.g., broken resistance bands, warped dumbbells). To exchange for the same item:
- Email logan@peaksimon.pro with your order number and photos of the defect/damage.
- Ship the item to our return address (below).
Gifts
- If the fitness equipment was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value once the item is received. A digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- If the gift giver shipped the order to themselves: We will refund the gift giver directly, and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns

- You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable). If you receive a refund, return shipping fees will be deducted from the total.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service (we are not liable for lost or damaged return packages).
