1. Order Processing
All small fitness equipment orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation (with tracking number) once your order ships.
2. U.S. Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (3–5 business days after processing). Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $50 (U.S. only).
- Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee (2–3 business days after processing) at checkout.
- Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and speed.
3. International Shipping
- Eligibility: We ship to select countries (check availability at checkout).
- Delivery Timelines: 7–14 business days after processing (customs delays may extend this timeframe).
- Fees & Duties: International shipping fees cover delivery only—you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country.
4. Tracking & Delivery
- Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation to monitor your package’s status.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. For missing packages:
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If the carrier confirms delivery but you have not received your gear, email logan@peaksimon.pro with your order number.
5. Undelivered/Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed delivery):
- We will notify you via email.
- You may request a reshipment (additional shipping fee applies) or a refund (minus original shipping costs). Unclaimed packages not addressed within 30 days will be disposed of, with no refund issued.
